Booty by Tina is a 6-week program designed to build stronger glutes, learn to safely lift HEAVY, and find confidence in the weight room and ultimately, from within.
This program focuses on teaching proper glute activation and safely progressing to heavier weights. You will leave each class feeling a new sense of empowerment. This program is ideal if you’re ready for a change and willing to commit to the process. In addition to weekly classes, you will also receive several tools to help you maximize your time in the program:
