Q: Do I have to wear a mask to workout?Anchor
Short answer: YES

Long answer: Members are required to wear a mask when inside the Club at all times, except while playing pickleball, playing tennis, at your station in a group fitness class, or on a piece of cardio equipment actively exercising . Members who remove their face coverings to workout for the above activities only must wear them AT ALL other times, including immediately before and immediately after exercise. Masks will be required at all times in the weight rooms, regardless of the level of activity being preformed. Failure to comply with this policy could result in membership cancellation or suspension

Q: Do I need to reserve a workout time?Anchor
Short answer: MOST LIKELY. Download the app here.

Long answer: You MUST reserve a workout time for Group Fitness Classes and Swim Lanes. At this time we are not doing a reservation system for general working out. With the size of our facility and 25% capacity limit, we do not believe we will have any situation where we exceed our maximum capacity.

We are asking that members keep their workouts to 90 minutes or less at this time.

We will be tracking the number of members in the Club by having members scan in and scan out at the Front Desk. All members must enter and exit through the front door. Should we meet the capacity limit, we would then ask members to remain outside and enter in order of arrival as members exit the club.

Q: Is the Pool Open?Anchor
Short answer: YES

Long answer: Reservations are REQUIRED for swim lanes. You must sign up for a lane using our mobile App. Download instructions here. To inquire about swim instructions contact Kristina.

Q: What else is open?
Everything is OPEN, except:

  • Hot Tubs
  • Sauna
  • Steam Rooms
  • Showers
  • Racquetball and Squash Courts
  • KidZoneImportant Notes: Please come dressed and ready to workout, and bring your water bottle. Following WA State Health and Safety Guidelines to re-open, changing areas, showers, and drinking fountains will not be open during PHASE 2.

Q: Is there a limit on workouts?
Short answer: YES

Long answer: We are requesting members keep their workouts to 90 minutes or less.

Q: How will you track how many people are in the club?
Short answer: Members must check in and out at the front desk.

Long answer: In addition to checking in at the Front Desk, members must also now CHECK OUT. Our software tracks the number of members in the Club at any given time. The back door exit is closed in order to help us facilitate better contact tracing.

There is also an occupancy sign at each room that members must comply with.

Q: What happens if the Club is at capacity when I arrive?
Short answer: you will be asked to postpone your workout and come back later.

Long answer: We will be tracking the number and should we meet our capacity, we would then ask members to remain outside the Club and enter in the order of arrival as members exit. We don’t foresee this happening too often, if at all. There will also be occupancy signs at each area of the Club. If the area you are wanting to go workout in is at capacity you can utilize a different area. There will be suggestions for this on the signs. We are relying on YOU, our community of  members, to comply with these guidelines and restrictions. Staff will also be enforcing these guidelines.

Q: How are you enforcing the state mandated member distancing requirements?
We have spaced out equipment, given a building capacity of 25%, and given each room 25% occupancy. We are relying on you, our community of members, to comply with social distancing and work together so that we can remain open.
