Learning techniques to loosen tight muscles through appropriate stretching, self-myofascial release, and dynamic movements will help you move better and more efficiently. This in turn will reduce the risk of injury and help you get back to doing the things that you love to do.

Life Happens.

There are many things in our lives that cause us to move less efficiently. Things like sitting in a car every day during a commute, having our shoulders rolled forward while we type on a computer, or even just some tightness that started way back when and now has just become a way of life and something that you just deal with. Our bodies learn to compensate with what we throw at them but many time this is at the expense of something else in the body.

A stiff ankle may cause you to walk with a limp which could cause your knee and hip to track incorrectly and down the road that incorrect position can take a toll on your body. As always is you are experiencing pain you should consult your doctor to get cleared for any medical issues.

Through out the four week workshop we will be teaching you techniques to allow your whole body to move better. Each week during the workshop we will focus on a different part of the body and learn by doing the movements. After each session you will get access to that week’s online video library as well as detailed descriptions of what you learned so that you are able to practice on your own.

The tools that we use are easily accessible and many of these techniques can be and should be done every day in the comfort of your home.

I signed up for the class that Levi led and I’m very pleased with the results.  My back is much better…  He did a good job explaining each exercise and demonstrating how it should be done.  I was able to practice in class and ask questions which was really helpful. I’m incorporating foam rolling into my regular workout routine now and very much appreciate the guidance that Levi provided to get me started.
