Brent has been involved in soccer since the age of 5 and running since junior high. Running has always been a passion, in which he competes and coaches. Currently, he coaches cross-country at the junior high level and track (distance) at the high school level at King’s.
Brent has always wanted to stay in a career surrounding fitness and athletics. Becoming a personal trainer was the next step. He enjoys using his knowledge of functionally based exercise to create intense but interesting workouts.
Although his background is in running he enjoys working with anyone wanting to be healthier. Brent’s philosophy is to give clients the skills and confidence to obtain their fitness goals. “If you are willing to just fight through the struggle to achieve what you desire, you will only grow stronger.”
