Nichole Sargent

Teaching fitness classes began as a hobby, but quickly became my passion. I’m an active wife/mom that enjoys movement, creativity, healthy cooking, skiing, hiking, running & volunteering in my community. I hold national certifications for personal training, group fitness instruction & a variety of other fitness formats. I welcome the diversity of teaching different formats and populations in my group fitness classes and personal training sessions.

My commitment to helping individuals and families create healthy lifetime habits has allowed me to guide my clients toward achieving their healthy goals, improved fitness & an enhanced quality of life. My positive style of motivation/coaching focuses on developing healthy routines that are fun, sustainable and effective. My favorite fitness mantra: “Better Health, Better Life!”
