While coaching soccer and basketball, Ruth became interested in injury rehabilitation and then progressed to preventative strengthening to build athletes’ increased success.
After focusing on core strength, balance and flexibility, Ruth happily discovered increased power and enjoyment in her own golf game, and she now trains others who love to golf, hike, play tennis or ski. Ruth also enjoys traveling and has prepared clients for adventures from Europe to Antarctica.
The same athletic training techniques (like Kinesis or TRX) can also effectively be used to improve functioning in daily life activities.
Ruth has a special passion working with people new to exercise or those struggling to begin again. She trains clients in their teens to 90s and employs a calm, encouraging and professional style to achieve maximum results.
