About Me!

Health and fitness have always played a large part in my life. From playing sports at a young age to playing competitively through high school and college, I always knew it would be a big part of my future. | began studying Pilates immediately after I graduated from WSU.

As my passion for the fitness industry rapidly increased, I opened my own Pilates studio and starting teaching private lessons. After having my two children, I wanted to increase my fitness knowledge and I expanded my professional certification in numerous other fitness areas; Cycling Barre and TRX.

Through my 20 years of experience in the fitness arena. I always had an underlying desire to learn more about the impact that diets and eating habits have on our individual fitness results.

I was introduced to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and was instantly hooked! I knew | wanted to learn as much as I could about the program and how it can help each individual person achieve their goals.

IIN is a diverse, nutritional educational program that thoroughly teaches the many different types of “diets” that we have all become more familiar with in the last few years. As there are so many “nutritional lifestyles” to follow or choose from (Paleo, Vegan, Keto, Vegetarian, Atkins, etc).

IIN has helped me, help my clients, learn what is most beneficial for them, and their individual lifestyle and goals. In other words, what works for one person, could have absolutely zero barring on what might work for another.

Therefore, my goal, and my mission, is to help empower each individual to be their best self possible!
