Les Mills prides itself on group fitness programs that are safe, effective and powered by science. Partnering with internationally-renowned university research teams, Les Mills sets out to test the effects of their programs on key community health factors such as obesity and heart disease, along with investigations into the motivational and behavioral aspects of fitness. Les Mills Executive Director Phillip Mills says the company’s research findings help evolve and improve its group fitness programs:

Harbor Square has found the Les Mills program to be a thorough and well researched curriculum and we have spent the last few months training our instructors to become certified in these great classes: GRIT, Sprint, Body Step, and Body Pump.
The HSAC Les Mills instructors will be teaching the new releases with new music at our launch party. Featuring the choreography of the GRIT, SPRINT and Body PUMP programs.
