Drew has been playing basketball since the age of 6 and it has been one of her biggest passions. She continued her basketball career at the University of Puget Sound for two years until she could no longer play due to knee injuries. She now has found her passion for personal training along with coaching basketball.
Having experienced, first hand, three knee surgeries, Drew discovered the importance of and love for personal training. She has spent many hours in rehab and in the gym, granting her a comprehensive understanding of proper physical care and high-quality training.
Drew focuses on helping her clients feel healthier and enjoy an improved quality of life by working on the improvement of daily function. Her style is to make exercise challenging but fun. Drew is an excellent option for young athletes or for people of all ages who are new to formal exercise and weight lifting. Drew also provides one-on-one and small group basketball training.
