At HSAC, we are working overtime to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members. As directed by the state, we require masks throughout the club, with the few exceptions being on the Pickleball courts, on the Tennis courts, and in the pool. However, if you would like to remove your mask in these specific locations, we do require proof of vaccination for these activities. Excluding these three activities, masks must be worn at all times throughout the club, over your mouth and nose. We recognize the difficulties that come with this policy and we are so grateful for your cooperation as we move forward into the new year.
What is Harbor Square doing to help stop the spread of Covid-19?
Masks are required. Masks, worn properly, are required throughout the club. Staff members walk through the club to remind our members and guests of the policy if they are not wearing their masks properly. Although these conversations are tough, they are necessary for the safety of our community, so please have patience and understanding when it comes to these discussions.
Vaccination Proof is required for activities that allow you to remove your mask. For Pickleball, Tennis, and swimming in our pool, we require proof of vaccination for the safety of our members and guests. We are grateful for the activities that allow enough distance for members to safely remove their masks, however, requiring proof of vaccination is an additional necessary precaution. If proof of vaccination is not provided, masks must be worn
Air PHX Filtration and Remehalo Systems are installed in all of our high-traffic areas. Air PHX Filtration and Remehalo Systems are installed in all of our high-traffic areas throughout the club, and are designed to filter and purify the air and any airborne bacteria and viruses. These systems are top-of-the-line and provide an extra line of defense against Covid-19 and any other airborne pathogens.
Regular sanitization and cleaning of the Harbor Square facilities. HSAC has a team of cleaning staff on site almost all hours of the day. Our housekeepers work hard to keep surfaces clean and sanitized, ensuring a healthy gym environment for all of our staff, members and guests. It is so important, now more than ever, to provide safe space within the Harbor Square walls, and our cleaning staff knows it!
Trusting our members to do the right thing! No matter how many precautions we take as a club, it is crucial that we all work together to protect our community. If you don’t feel well, please stay home! When you are at the club, please wear your mask over your mouth and nose. Finally, clean up after yourself- grab a spray bottle and a blue microfiber towel located by the front desk and wipe down the equipment and surfaces you come in contact with! In doing all of these things, we can hope that our club will continue to be a safe place for everyone.
