Our studio cycling classes are approachable, non-threatening and designed for ALL fitness levels. Indoor cycling is a workout that all fitness levels can share together. You determine the intensity of your workout. Why try cycling? It will get you in shape and keep you coming back for more. What can cycling do for you? Increase cardio fitness, burn fat, tone and shape your legs, hips and glutes. Will you get stronger and burn calories? YES!

You will join your instructor on different courses, hills, sprints, and intervals as you work out to great music. Every ride and music selection will vary with instructors, but all classes offer a great workout along with motivating coaching.

This 55-minute cycling class is designed for ALL fitness  levels. This workout incorporates interval training, endurance training, hills and various drills. Come ready to work hard to some great music and have fun. 

Cycle 45

This 45-minute power ride will take you to the next level.  This is our most challenging ride with more intense drills consisting of intervals, speed play and steep hills with less recovery time.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits.
