Class is conducted in the gym. During this 45-minute class, you will rotate through a variety of different strength exercises and work all your major muscle groups. 45 minutes – No barre needed for this barre class! Sculpt barre uses all the same principles as a traditional barre class — pulling its influence from ballet, Pilates, yoga, and traditional strength workouts and brings them into one, booty-burning, arm-sculpting, core-blasting workout. At the instructor’s discretion, class utilizes a variety of equipment; light weights (1-5 lbs.), sliders, bands, and booty balls. You’ll leave class with a full body sweat and a more toned, sculpted body.
45 minutes – This “at the barre” workout is a low-impact, high energy class that uses a unique blend of Pilates and Sculpting exercises designed to give you long, lean muscles with a strong emphasis on the lower body. You will use the barre, light weights, and various props as you “pulse” your way to a lifted booty and sculpted body.
