Massage therapy has many benefits for our well-being:
Our experienced and skilled licensed massage therapists will do everything possible to ensure your massage session is a positive wellness experience, restoring balance and natural health. Appointment options are available 7 days a week. Two massage rooms are located in the upper floor at the Club.
We want to assure you a safe and clean environment in our massage rooms. We use hepa air purifiers, and disinfect tables and touch surfaces after every session. Since massage is under Healthcare in our State, and we have been following masking guidelines, the WA State Dept. of Health, as of April 3rd, 2023, wearing a mask during your massage session will no longer be required. However, it is still being recommended by the State for healthcare.
Give a gift of health and well-being! Gift cards are available at the club’s front desk.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a deeply relaxing, light-touch technique that works by decompressing and unwinding restrictions in the body, so the body can have more space, ease of mobility, and access its natural healing vitality. Sessions are safe for almost everyone, even those with complex medical histories. Clients remain clothed during treatment, which may be
more comfortable for some. Though the work itself is quite gentle, athletes may be surprised at the increase in their flexibility, motivation, and endurance after receiving a series of sessions!
