Tennis provides an amazing cardio workout, increasing your endurance and stamina. Not only will you learn to play the game, but the drills will help you with your overall balance and coordination. You’ll find that while you’re running around the court learning how to properly hit the ball over the net, you’re also strengthening and toning your muscles!
Currently the Beginners class is being offered on Thursday’s at 6:30pm & Saturday’s at 11:00am. Class sizes are limited and fill up quickly so sign up early!
Be sure to wear court appropriate shoes that have white bottom soles. Also, If you don’t have a racquet we will supply you with a loaner.
