Fitness has always been my passion. Outside of my work life, I have always spent much of my free time weight training, running, paddling, and coaching recreational and competitive paddlers. I am now thrilled to unite my passion with my work life as a personal trainer. From personal experience through many challenges, I know that developing physical strength and fitness can impact every aspect of life, from getting through life’s trials to playing with kids. So, I look forward to not only seeing my clients reach their physical goals but enjoy life changes outside the gym as well. Whether you want to move safer, smoother, or stronger, I would love to help you reach your fitness goals.

I’ve always loved movement. Growing up I loved to go swimming, mow the lawn, go on bike rides around the lake, and play any sport. I became an athlete throughout middle school and high school focusing on volleyball, basketball, and track and field. I have a background in nutrition and cooking that is a huge passion for me and through attending Bastyr University I have learned how much nutrition and physical activity influence each other. My goal as an exercise physiologist and yoga instructor is to help any client increase their daily physical activity, and meet their physical goals. No matter which stage of life you are in, I can create a program that is right for you.
In my free time I love to be physically active. I practice yoga, take long walks with my dog Mya, and continue to bike ride and swim when I can.
I love wine and have studied to be a Sommelier, and enjoy a relaxing night at home with my dog, and partner watch TV and working on a puzzle.
